BY A WHAT

THATS ALL THE BIG SCARIES IN ONE BUG TFFF
JU

Give it a dime, apparently.

Had to go research this thing, and the answer to what to do if it stings you is scream.

from Wikipedia-

“One researcher described the pain as “…immediate, excruciating, unrelenting pain that simply shuts down one’s ability to do anything, except scream. Mental discipline simply does not work in these situations. In terms of scale, the wasp’s sting is rated near the top of the Schmidt sting pain index, second only to that of the bullet ant, and is described by Schmidt as “blinding, fierce [and] shockingly electric”.“

Soooooo…dissociate to escape or?

It’s laying eggs in you.

Let’s back up a second and fully appreciate that description.

The Schmidt sting pain index, a widely used classification system for the bites and stings of ants, bees and wasps, is literally the personal ranking system of a guy named Justin Schmidt, who goes around letting bugs sting him for science. Like, that’s this Thing as a scientist.

In one entry, he describes the sting of the common bee as “almost pleasant, [like] a lover just bit your earlobe a little too hard.”

In another, the sting of the yellowjacket is described as “hot and smoky, almost irreverent. Imagine W. C. Fields extinguishing a cigar on your tongue.“

So when the Schmidt sting pain index characterises the sting of the tarantula hawk as “blinding, fierce [and] shockingly electric”, well, now you know what your standard for comparison is!

While we’ve already seen some amazingly creative graffiti before, there seems to be no end to the possibilities a plain building wall presents. Now multiply that by four, and you understand the challenge Chicago-based street artist E. LEE faced. A challenge he dealt with brilliantly.

Lee used the four walls harboring two restaurants in Chicago as a clever tribute to what he calls “the consummate failure” – a Looney Tunes character, Wile E Coyote.

“It was a challenge creating a story-line using two corners with so much distance between them. But I was really happy to do this Wile E Coyote piece,” Lee told Street Art News. “The consummate failure is my favorite character of all time. I love him for knowing what he wants and going after it; for being creative in the pursuit; and for always getting up after he falls and trying again. He’s inspired… and a hell of a painter. A huge thank you to Soho House and Threadless for allowing me the opportunity.”

If you ever get the chance to land in Chicago, head over to the Soho House in the West Loop, where the quadriptych graffiti can be experienced in its full glory.

Library music is often used in television, radio and film productions. This low-budget, pre-written music is intended to convey particular moods to the audience. Entire LPs, named by theme and often in multiple volumes, are dedicated to a wide variety of moods and concepts such as ‘business dynamism’, 'modern leisure’, 'relaxed terror’, 'perky dismay’ and 'unspecified uncertainty’.

NO BUT THESE ARE REALLY COOL THIS IS AN AUTOMATON AND THERE ARE REALLY AMAZING AUTOMATONS LIKE there’s one called the musician, she plays the fucking piano and she’s not just a music box, her little fingers are actually pressing keys and producing music oh and she BREATHES, then there’s the draughtsman who DRAWS FUCKING PICTURES and the writer, which is like the coolest of them all, he can WRITE WORDS and not only that, but the letters inside him which allow him to write can be REORDERED so he can write any sentence that’s 40 letters long! Not only that but the writer inks his own quill and shakes it to keep the ink from spilling.

AND THE THREE I MENTIONED WERE ALL  MADE BY THE SAME GUY

THAT IS THE COOLEST SHIT EVER AND I CAN NEVER CONVINCE PEOPLE OF THIS BECAUSE THEY LOOK AT THESE MOVING DOLLS AND PRACTICALLY SHIT THEMSELVES
